PRICES
In the event of delays, backorders or sold-out items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and let you know what we can do about it – e.g. give you a refund or help you find a similar item elsewhere.
PAYMENT
Aoifecoffee.dk accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Mobilepay. Payment will only be debited from your account once the item has been dispatched. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
DELIVERY
Aoifeecoffee.dk aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping to parcel shops is free of charge. Home delivery costs DKK 29.
Please note: If there is no space at the delivery point, your parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, and you will be notified. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.
 Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 working days after ordering. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a reasonable time.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs. Contact us before returning your product to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.
 For returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

REFUNDS
If a refund is required, please contact us so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
 
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES DURING SALES
Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged during sales, special offers or special discounts.
 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you have received the item.
This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can exercise your right of withdrawal here. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.
If you cancel your purchase and a free gift is delivered with the order, the entire order must be returned.
RETURNS
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are liable for any damage that occurs during transport. This means that you bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
 
When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. To speed up the processing time, please enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
 
If you wish to return the item to us, we can provide you with a label and will then credit the shipping costs when we refund the purchase amount.

You cannot cancel your order by simply refusing to accept the item without giving clear notice of this.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item, and it should be in the same condition as when you received it.
 
 If the goods have extraordinary signs of use or damage other than those described above, they are considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt – of the return.
 
 In order to receive a full refund, you must therefore try out the item for 14 days. 

REFUND
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you paid us. In the event of a reduction in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
 
 Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints about goods or services can be submitted to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. There is a fee for processing the complaint.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint to the European Commission's online complaint platform.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We require the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number and email address.
 
We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you.
 
 The personal data is registered with Aoifecoffee.dk and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
 
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
 
 We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it.
